Hi, I'm Jason

a learner-centered instructional designer specializing in diverse training modalities—from instructor-led (ILT/VILT) to self-directed, asynchronous solutions. I craft creative learning experiences that are rigorously validated through ongoing formative and summative evaluation, ensuring a data-driven and iterative approach to design.

My practice encompasses the full instructional design cycle, from initial analysis to final evaluation. In addition to the foundational ADDIE model, I employ agile methodologies such as SAM, the Kemp Design Model, and the Design Thinking framework to create effective, human-centered learning.

I am comfortable with all aspects of the full cycle ID process, from assessment to evaluation. In addition to the ADDIE model, my work makes use of agile approaches that include SAM, the Kemp Design model, and the human-centered Design Thinking framework.
